    I've been thinking about this topic a lot lately; what is actually healthy to be eating? I've alternated between the paleo, keto, and treat yo'self diet over the last 5+ years, and I have found value in all of them. Are grains actually bad, or just processed ones? I know my co-editor (and bestie), Lindsay, would completely disagree with a hatred of grains, as it is the basis of a vegan diet. Does dairy really hurt my stomach, or is it just when I gorge on grilled cheese sandwiches? But cheese is sooo good, how could it be wrong?

    As always with these things, I dove into research mode. Between what I found and what I know my body likes/ doesn't like, I have come up with a list that most nutritionists seem to agree with. I say most because I know vegan nutritionists would disagree with any animal products and any paleo nutritionists would disagree with the whole grains. I researched best foods for de-bloating, fat burn, energy, brain function, gut health, and pretty much everything you can think of. This, my friends, is the master list. 

    As a challenge to myself, I will be making sure that I'm stocked up on all of these items this next month, and I will attempt to eat most of this list daily. I am not completely restricting all other foods, but I am making these foods a priority. It's going to take some creativity, but I'm game. I made a Pinterest board that I'm sharing with you with recipes ideas, as well. I will report back in a week with how it's going so far.
